Identify Open Door Family Counseling as the agency and Larry Zolman as your provider. The website will check your benefits and contact us within a few days. We can then contact you

Generally, we take all the BC/BS policies, BCN, Priority Health, Humana, Meridian Health. Some other plans do have out of network benefits.
